As a HS Clinical Instructor in the Surgery department at UCSF, my research interests have centered around transplantation, surgical education, and hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgery. I have contributed to several research publications exploring topics such as disparities in operative experience between female and male general surgery residents, the impact of burnout on mistreatment, and the analysis of applicant competitiveness to various surgical specialties and integrated programs. Through my work, I aim to advance our understanding of clinical competence, work performance, and the evolving landscape of general surgery practice. My dedication to surgical education and patient-centered care drives my pursuit of research excellence in the field of surgery.
